By booking an appointment with The Institute of Beauty Konnections, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Online Booking Required
All services must be booked online in advance. Walk-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and instructor approval.
Student Services
All services are performed by students who are actively training and developing professional skills. Services may take longer than a traditional salon appointment.
Licensed Instructor Supervision
All services are supervised by a licensed instructor. However, outcomes may vary due to the educational and training environment.
Client Conduct & Respect Policy
We ask all clients to treat our students with respect and professionalism at all times.
You agree to communicate politely and understand that students are learning.
We welcome positive and constructive feedback to support growth and skill-building.
Service Results & Satisfaction
Because services are provided by students, results may differ from a professional salon experience. Adjustments may be offered when appropriate and must be approved by an instructor.
Release of Liability
By booking and receiving services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with beauty services performed in a student training environment and agree to release and hold harmless The Institute of Beauty Konnections, its owners, staff, instructors, and students from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, reactions, damages, or losses resulting from services received.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications prior to service. The Institute of Beauty Konnections is not responsible for undisclosed conditions that may affect service outcomes.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service at any time due to inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or non-compliance with salon policies.
